  • What’s your return policy?

    We fundamentally believe you will be happy with the products you purchase from mishmash. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we’re here to help.

  • Can I exchange something for a different product?

    If you have changed your mind and want to exchange what you bought for a different product, you can ask us for an exchange. All products must be in an unused condition and in their original packaging. For exchanges, we will ask you to cover the delivery costs. Just be careful, if the item arrives damaged due to transportation, we won't be able to proceed in such way.

  • How do I exchange a gift that I received?

    If you’ve received a gift and want to exchange it for a different product, you can ask us for an exchange with the original order number and email address. For exchanges, we will ask you to cover the delivery costs.

  • What if my order gets returned?

    Should a parcel be sent back to our offices for reasons unrelated to mishmash after a few attempts, you will be responsible for the shipping cost incurred during the return. This cost will be equivalent to the initial shipping expense of the order, and the refund process will take into account these associated costs.

  • Do I pay shipping cost on my returned items?

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item. mishmash does not refund shipping costs for returns.

  • How many days do I have to return an item?

    You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in an unused condition and in its original packaging. For returns, we will ask you to cover the delivery costs. Just be careful, if the item arrives damaged due to transportation, we won't be able to proceed in such a way.

  • What do I do if my product is faulty?

    If you received a faulty product, please send an image through email stating your order number and we will be happy to help you replace the product.

  • How do you handle incorrect items?

    In case of an inaccurate delivery, delivery of the wrong item, wrong size or wrong quantity, mishmash corrects the delivery without any costs.

  • What if my order got lost?

    If your order got lost on the way, please let us know as soon as possible so we can file a complaint with the carrier and provide you a solution in a 30 days window.

  • Does location impact refunds?

    If you are from outside European Union, please keep in mind we don’t accept any product exchange or return, considering that extra import duties and customs fees will apply.
