  • What's the status of my order?

    We pack all orders within 2 business days after they’re processed. You will receive a delivery confirmation as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Please note that we only pack orders on business days and that it can take up to 1-2 business days for your tracking link to update. If there’s anything that doesn’t feel right, you can always reach out to us and we will be happy to help!

  • Can I change or update my order?

    Since we process our orders rather quickly, in most cases it’s not possible to change or update your order. You can however contact us and we will do our best to accommodate any changes before the order is packed for shipment. Please note however that this is not always possible.

  • Will I be charged duties and taxes?

    Within the European Union, no duties or taxes will apply. For international shipments outside the European Union, there may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that these supplementary costs are the customer’s responsibility and are beyond our control. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

  • Where do you ship from?

    All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Portugal.

  • Do you process orders on weekends?

    No, we only process orders from Monday to Friday.

  • What kind of packaging do you use?

    When you order from us you will receive a kraft board box that is fully made of other boxes that have been recycled. Inside you will find a honeycomb paper protecting your items making our shipping 100% made out of paper. You may also receive some occasional merchandising for you to enjoy such as postcards and stickers.

  • When will my order arrive?

    Depending on your location, it usually takes 3-10 days for an order to leave our warehouse and arrive to your address, depending on the chosen delivery method. You can track down your order with the tracking code provided by e-mail. 

  • Do you ship Express?

    Currently we offer three delivery methods, depending on your location in the world: Express or Standard Delivery and Local Pick Up in our Portuguese local office space. In order to make sure which one applies to your country, please proceed to checkout and look for the shipping methods available.

  • Do you ship to PO Boxes?

    Our courier services don’t allow this type of delivery, as it’s mandatory for someone to be available to sign the parcel upon the driver's arrival. A valid shipping address is essential for the successful delivery of the parcel.

  • Do you offer free shipping?

    Yes, free delivery on all European Union orders over €100 and free delivery worldwide on all orders over €250. 

  • Didn’t get my parcel on the first attempt. Do I get a second delivery?

    Depending on the carrier, you will have more than one chance to receive your package or the parcel may be deposited at a designated pick-up point for a maximum period of 5 business days. We recommend reviewing the terms and conditions of your chosen shipping method for detailed information.

  • What payments do you accept?

    mishmash uses third-party payment processors to facilitate purchases made on the website. We accept payments through PayPal, an online payment service that allows you to send money online with an e-mail address. With your PayPal account, you can send money directly from your bank account or choose a credit card. When you proceed to payment with PayPal, you can choose to pay with VISA, MasterCard or with your own back account. We also accept Credit Card payments processed through Stripe. When you proceed to payment with Stripe, you can choose to pay with your Card Payment Brand, most likely VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. When using Credit Card payment to shop at mishmash.pt, we never store your credit card details. Gift cards as a form of payment are also accepted.

  • Is it safe to buy?

    For your protection, our payment processor uses various fraud prevention protocols and industry standard verification systems to reduce fraud and you authorise it to verify and authenticate your payment information.

  • How can I redeem a promo code?

    After having the promo code on your possession, please insert it on the discount section at checkout and click Apply.

  • Can I buy more than 10 units?

    At mishmash we reserve the right to cancel any orders that have any single item above the 10 units. This safeguards both the brand and the customers from any reselling issues.
