mishmash will offer you a refund or an exchange in case your products got damaged during transportation, excluding shipping costs. We will accept your request within 8 days of the product’s reception date and consequently file a complaint with the carrier.

For any items that you do find to be imperfect, we will provide you a full refund of the product’s value, excluding shipping costs.

In case of an inaccurate delivery, a delivery of wrong item, wrong size or wrong quantity, mishmash corrects the delivery on his own costs.

If your order got lost on the way, please let us know as soon as possible so we can file a complaint with the carrier and provide you a solution in a 30 days window.
