mishmash will offer you a refund or an exchange in case of damage of the product during transportation, excluding shipping costs. We will accept your request within 8 days of the reception date of the product and consequently file a complaint with our carrier which will provide you a solution in a 90 days window.
For any items that you do find to be imperfect, we will provide you a full refund of the product’s value, excluding shipping costs. In case you opt for an exchange, you will have to support the shipping costs of the new product.
In case of an inaccurate delivery, a delivery of wrong item, wrong size or wrong quantity, mishmash corrects the delivery on his own costs.
